RETURNS POLICY
At Rewind Apparel, we stand behind the quality of every piece we release. Due to the nature of our product releases and strict quality standards, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We will only offer a replacement or refund if an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault.
If you believe your item is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault or damage
Requests submitted outside of this 3-day window may not be accepted.
ASSESSMENT PROCESS
All claims are reviewed by our team. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not return any items without prior confirmation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method in Australian Dollars (AUD).
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Minor variations in colour or print placement
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
